• Own end-to-end new business sales cycles—from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and supporting the transition into delivery teams • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned to business growth goals • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare BPO opportunities to deliver repeatable revenue growth • Identify market niches and expansion areas to maximise reach and competitiveness • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and through partner/channels • Lead development of bespoke presentations for targeted prospect audiences • Partner with internal RFP teams to ensure high-quality and successful bid submissions, taking full ownership of opportunities through closure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in CX/BPO services into the healthcare vertical • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close new logo healthcare clients • Strong existing network across healthcare decision-makers • Demonstrated success in building business plans and managing long sales cycles • Comfortable with extensive travel • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
