📋 Description
• Act as primary liaison between US-based clients and internal technical teams • Manage end-to-end enterprise software development projects with strict deadlines • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Identify project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to quality standards • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders • Work remotely with hours aligned to US client schedules (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM GMT+3)
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT consulting • Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects under slim deadlines • Prior experience working with US-based clients • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.) • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills • Fluency in English (spoken & written) • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus • Ability to work US client-aligned hours (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM GMT+3)
