📋 Description
• Analyze client claim processing systems • Own end-to-end analysis, testing, and documentation of business requirements • Interpret and document complex claim scenarios • Maintain functional expertise in claims platforms • Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows • Ensure timely and accurate execution of data loads • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements • Enforce data security, governance, and compliance standards
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer or related field • 12 to 14 plus years of experience in data management • Experience in onboarding new client’s data feeds into standard ETL implementation • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Performing SQL data analysis and mapping to build healthcare data warehouses • Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes
