📋 Description

• Supporting the administration of US OPS employees, training, and certifications • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers • Managing safety procedures and compliance for field operations employees • Administering project budgets and resource management • Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment • Coordinating with purchasing team and managing inventory for operational resources • Record-keeping of employee work hours and benefits • Working closely with finance, legal, project managers, HR, and supply chain departments

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience in a similar role in engineering, construction or high-tech company • Strong organizational management and planning skills • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Excellent multi-tasking skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively • Team player with a positive “can do” attitude • Solution oriented.
