📋 Description

• Deliver virtual fitness experiences through 1-on-1 consultations, educational webinars, live streaming classes, and engagement activities • Drive member engagement through the virtual platform • Produce informative and motivating live and on-demand fitness classes • Guide participants toward their fitness goals • Align virtual sessions with Exos’ fitness methodology • Identify and track key performance indicators to improve virtual programming • Cultivate positive relationships with client members • Contribute to other team tasks and responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related degree required • Nationally recognized certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS, NASM, or ACSM • Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required • Demonstrated success delivering engaging fitness experiences in digital and virtual environments • Experience with group instruction, on-screen delivery, and content production • Articulate and effective communication skills • Ability to instruct, motivate, and support participants in a safe and ethical manner
