📋 Description

• Initiate, develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel products • Continuously work with hotel partners to maximize production potential • Build and progressively expand portfolio of local hotel partners • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships • Ensure partner hotels' product is consistently optimized and competitive • Secure additional inventory over high demand periods • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience, some account management/sales experience is preferred • Proficient in English and Polish • Drive for Results • High impact personality • Hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented • Organization and time management skills • Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations • Ability to multi-task effectively • Strategy Execution • Relationship Management • Appetite for innovative technology • Demonstrates problem solving skills • Ability to select and present insightful dataset • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels • Able to work independently and be a strong team player
