📋 Description

• Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure. • Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments. • Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements. • Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements. • Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally. • Familiar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.). • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks. • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems. • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya. • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program. • Licensed customs broker. • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1). • Client management experience is a plus.
