• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating with event organizers, 3rd party business partners, and vendors to ensure all execution details are clearly locked down and communicated. • Take the lead on the operational delivery of co-op obligations for specified, more nuanced vendor programs. • Manage event operational readiness, ensuring all necessary physical components and materials are on-site. • Oversee execution and tracking by entering internal tickets (often using systems like JIRA/Confluence) to ensure content and creative deliverables are executed on time. • Work with the Manager of Sponsorships, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing to help plan, operationalize, and effectively execute Comoto’s presence at industry events, partnership programs, and sponsorship obligations.
• A Motorcycle Rider: This is mandatory to connect authentically with the passionate riding community, our customers, and our vendors. • 2+ years of demonstrated professional experience in a fast-paced environment within Brand Marketing Operations, eCommerce, retail operations, logistics, event management, or customer service. • Demonstrated organizational strength and the ability to effectively bring an event or complex program to life through strong planning and execution. • Possess a mentality that no job is too small and be highly adaptable. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across various levels in an organization, including executive leadership and external vendors. • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Content, Stores). • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting. • You are a positive ambassador who can authentically talk about our brands to employees and customers.
