📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Experian as a market leader in the advertising technology and marketing space • Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content and partnerships that produce high-quality leads • Manage a cross-channel budget that maximizes ROI • Establish best practices that promote standardization and minimize time to market • Mentor and manage a team of around 10, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration • Develop critical metrics and marketing reports for the executive team based on marketing OKRs, measure the performance of all activities, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy and activities to achieve them

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in marketing, product marketing, strategy or related field • 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles • Commanding understanding of data-driven marketing, agencies and the advertising technology landscape • Proven experience leading and scaling marketing teams and activities • Direct experience in performance and channel marketing, strategic business development or other cross-functional marketing • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, segmentation, customer journey mapping, and messaging frameworks • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end product and value proposition development, content creation, and go to market execution • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted cross-functional relationships • Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to create material that is polished, clear, concise and streamlined • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of market analysis and customer research • A strategic thinker who can creatively solve problems and understand competitive context to drive results while investing for a better future.
