📋 Description

• Manage all sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve or exceed bookings and margin goals • Drive new business revenue while ensuring strong profitability • Partner with Client Success and Solutions Partners to collaborate and close business • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts of sales volume • Assist with strategic planning and annual budgeting through sales and future-outlook projections • Prepare sales reports, market assessment reports, program updates, account strategy plans, and weekly reports • Maintain accurate and timely activities and notes in Salesforce • Advise senior management on market trends, account problems, business risks, and opportunities • Recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures • Conduct bi-weekly POD meetings with team members, Sales Support staff, and Solutions Experts • Assist with team calls or standup meetings • Leverage industry events, networking opportunities, associations, and tradeshows to build relationships and sell Experity's product portfolio • Use social selling techniques • Sell into Urgent Care groups and Health systems within a defined geographic territory • Pursue net-new logos and upsell additional products and services to current clients • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts • Conduct discovery and provide insight supporting value-based selling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three years of proven Healthcare SaaS sales experience • Ability to analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships internally and externally • Experience working in CRM, ERP, and sales forecasting systems • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks or priorities • Ability to travel to clients as needed • Preferred: Experience selling Revenue Cycle and/or PM/EMR products and services
