📋 Description

• Own and manage the P&L for the European business, ensuring strong top-line growth • Develop and execute short-term tactics and long-term strategies to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention • Work closely with global teams (marketing, product, clinician acquisition, compliance, clinical operations, and others) to optimize user experience • Lead and mentor a team of Country Managers across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in general management • Proven experience scaling products, brands, or services across multiple European markets • Strong background in data-driven decision-making and digital growth strategies • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Ability to travel internationally as required
