📋 Description

• Diagnose organizational reality across people, process, and technology • Design or redesign structures, workflows, and management systems • Turn approved direction into real plans with owners, dependencies, and evidence of results • Coordinate implementation and training and verify it worked • Lead client discovery and translate client needs into the right engagement • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and closing new business • Challenge executives, including the CEO, constructively when the evidence calls for it

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, consulting, or general management • Track record of moving initiatives through implementation and adoption — not just recommending change • Strong client-facing communication skills • Real sales or business development experience • Advanced, practical use of AI and technology-enabled workflows • Experience commercializing or productizing a service • History of leading cross-functional teams through resistance and change • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated capability
