📋 Description

• Independently lead demanding IT projects across the entire project lifecycle • Support senior project managers in complex projects and provide technical guidance and mentoring to project managers • Plan, control and implement projects according to the V-Model XT • Ensure a structured project organization including a project management plan and risk & opportunity management • Take responsibility for technical, organizational, regulatory, security-related, contractual and financial project aspects • Manage contract compliance and handle change requests • Monitor project costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions • Responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving the project management plan • Act as the central interface between clients, internal departments and external service providers • Prepare, present and communicate clear and informative project and status reports • Manage resource planning and conduct interviews • Support the further development of services • Ensure successful contract renewals for ongoing projects • Lead complex projects in the public sector • Contribute expertise in Enterprise Architecture Management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline • At least ten years of demonstrable professional experience in project management of complex IT projects • Solid experience with project methodology according to the V-Model XT • Several years' practical experience leading traditional IT projects and in classical project management • Very good knowledge of agile project management methods, especially Scrum • Experience in public sector or government projects • Proven experience managing projects with cross-border or transnational requirements • Solid knowledge in Enterprise Architecture Management • Experience working with Register Factory / IsyFact • Confident user of Jira, Zephyr, Confluence as well as Git or GitLab • Strong analytical skills, a high degree of personal responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence with clients and stakeholders • Negotiation-level German and fluent English
