📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Are you an experienced Accounting professional with proven US Bookkeeping experience? • Do you have experience working for a US company and exposed to US GAAP? • Do you have experience doing bank reconciliations, processing invoices, and creating journal entries? • You must be excellent in using Microsoft Excel and can create complex formulas. • In this role, you are expected to deliver excellence by doing bank reconciliations, processing invoices, and creating journal entries.

🎯 Requirements

• A deep understanding of U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for companies in the USA) • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must be an expert • Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years experience in US accounting, or bookkeeping • Fluency in English: written & speaking (minimal accent) • Proactivity in maintaining a timely communication with the client • Ability to work full-time and work hours in the United States (PST) • Ability to work with minimal supervision • High attention to detail
