📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects and programs within the governance and data teams for insurance companies; • Manage the entire project lifecycle — from defining scope and planning to execution and delivery, following Agile and Waterfall methodologies; • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors; • Monitor schedules, budget, risks, and change management with excellence; • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular reports for senior management; • Promote best practices, structured project management frameworks, and continuous improvement;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management in the context of insurance companies; • 5+ years in project and program management, with proven experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies; • Experience in Data projects, Distributed Systems, and integration of enterprise solutions; • Proficiency with the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Strong knowledge of project frameworks and system lifecycle management;
