📋 Description
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). • Serve as an agile mentor and coach for the team. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. • Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). • Manage dependencies and risks. • Ensure alignment between product strategy and technical execution.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in the role. • Hands-on knowledge of project metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time). • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices. • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Advanced Spanish. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) — Preferred. • Experience in regulated environments (finance, insurance) — Preferred. • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel — Preferred.
