📋 Description

• Design ServiceNow Manage Services and Tax go-to-market campaign strategy and program elements • Collaborate with Manage Service and Tax leadership and the Alliance team on relationship mapping, cadence, governance, contracts, and resale • Identify target account strategy with global and regional go-to-market leaders, Alliance Relationship Directors, sector leaders, and solution leaders • Develop campaign messaging and value propositions and secure Alliance alignment and buy-in • Work with Brand, Marketing, and Communications to develop sales collateral, marketing strategy, and enablement materials • Coordinate events and activate regions through internal and external awareness sessions • Track development of technical elements, including demos and other technology assets • Engage regional ServiceNow go-to-market leaders to secure support and identify leads to own sales motions and drive in-market sales • Incubate target accounts and land sales motions with Alliance Client Executives • Provide early-stage big-deal presales support • Drive cadence with EY and ServiceNow executives and escalate issues as appropriate • Oversee campaign governance and sales/pipeline discipline, including awareness, financial tracking, account cadence, and relationship alignment • Coordinate with EY Alliances leadership, Alliance home-practice counterparts, account executives, and business development executives

🎯 Requirements

• Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services across alliance partner management, business development, marketing, contract management, financial management, content management, governance oversight, and operational support • Understanding of ServiceNow solutions and business benefits relevant to Manage Services and Tax • Experience in business development and/or alliance management for a technology or professional services company • Strong networking and influence management skills • Highly credible communication skills • Excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships is ideal • Comfortable working with diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects
