📋 Description

• Map, design and review business processes related to International Trade and integration with systems (ERPs, WMS, etc.). • Participate in and lead system implementation/upgrade projects, defining functional requirements and validating deliverables. • Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI; data modeling and unification of heterogeneous sources. • Work with databases: create SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. • Create solutions and automations in Excel (macros, Power Query) to support operational analyses. • Act as a bridge between business areas (International Trade/Comex, Supply Chain, Tax) and IT, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met. • Support testing, user acceptance and user training. • Support requests related to special regimes (coordinating with international trade specialists when necessary).

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis or related fields. • Experience in system implementation/development. • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables; Power Query/macros desirable). • Hands-on experience with Power BI / Data Analytics. • Database and SQL knowledge (able to write joins and analytical queries). • Willingness to travel. • The following are advantages: • Process review/design techniques; • System implementation methodologies; • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management; • Functional knowledge of ERP flows (SAP, TOTVS, etc.); • OSGT certification (Thomson Reuters) or experience with international trade tools; • Basic knowledge of Import/Export processes and special regimes (Drawback/RECOF); • English and/or Spanish.
