• Implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others. • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate needs into effective technical solutions. • Perform ongoing platform maintenance and support, ensuring services are available and functioning as expected. • Develop and optimize workflows, forms, and reports within ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and internal teams on effective platform use. • Monitor and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and problems, ensuring service continuity. • Participate in integration projects with other tools and systems, ensuring interoperability and data exchange.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience implementing and administering ServiceNow. • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices. • Scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) and experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. • Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools. • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
