📋 Description

• Assist audit teams in reviewing calculations and identifying risks and exposures • Review and prepare income tax and social contribution (IRPJ and CSLL) calculations in accordance with applicable rules and legislation • Conduct research and respond to clients' tax inquiries • Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess client satisfaction • Supervise daily fieldwork, report work status to leadership, and manage team performance • Develop team members through effective delegation, guidance, feedback, and performance-related training • Contribute ideas and opinions and remain open to the perspectives of other team members • Understand EY's service lines and actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify opportunities to apply the firm's services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics • Proven experience on projects involving direct tax calculations, developing tax planning strategies aligned with each client's global needs • Intermediate English • Experience with R&D (Research & Development) tax matters • Experience with IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax) and CSLL (Social Contribution on Net Profits) • Experience with the 'Lei do Bem' (Brazilian R&D tax incentive law) • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
