📋 Description

• Analyze and map data flows between systems, identifying data sources, transformations, and destinations. • Assist in developing data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document requirements for data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on data-related tools and processes. • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data management and financial services. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and specifications. • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation. • Use SQL to query databases, validate data integrity, and support data analysis efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and mapping. • Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data. • Experience in data mapping and understanding of data integration processes. • Familiarity with financial services, especially Wealth and Asset Management. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA). • Relevant certifications in business analysis or data management are a plus.
