• CRM administration & sales support • Management of user access, roles, and permissions • Daily CRM support for the sales team • Maintenance and updates of the product catalog, pricing model, and quote templates • Continuous process optimization to improve efficiency and data quality • Ensuring high data quality • Creation and maintenance of meaningful dashboards and reports for Sales, Management, and Executive Leadership • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient automations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM, RevOps, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong experience administering HubSpot (certifications a plus) • Understanding of sales processes, deal flows, and the requirements of a fast-growing company • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and working with dashboards • Technical understanding of integrations (APIs), automation tools, and system integration • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
