• We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. • They can be located anywhere however we prefer the Americas or Europe. • As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including lead generation , email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, answering emails, Go High-Level setup, etc. • For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like email, Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc. • Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. • Responsibilities • Lead Prospecting • Send personalized emails to client lists • Research according to direction to look for other technology businesses and send a LinkedIn message • Either create new lead list by searching a set business profile or following up with previously contacted clients • Make deadllines • Respond to emails and phone calls • Manage a contact list • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records • Perform market research • Create presentations, as assigned • Provide customer service as the first point of contact • Understand how to do email outreach

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging English communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication • Solid organizational skills • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus • Preferred Working knowledge of Go High Level and Instantly
