• Supporting the unit in identifying, assessing, and managing risks, • Advising managers on minimizing operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory risks, • Monitoring risk indicators • Collaborating on the implementation of risk management policies and procedures. • Developing, implementing, or updating the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system, • Coordinating Business Impact Analyses (BIA), • Planning and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), • Ensuring the company can maintain or quickly restore key processes in the event of a failure, crisis, or incident, • Reporting on project progress and related risks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor Degree • Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; • Strong attention to detail; • Regular client-facing experience; • Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers; • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word; • Organizational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship; • Client relationship management
