🎯 Requirements
• Paralegal qualification • A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Paralegal • Experience in LP Transfers • Experience working within the financial services sector • Knowledge of US regulatory environment. • Excellent attention to detail • Regular client-facing experience • Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
