📋 Description

• Shape the future state of operations by delivering scalable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing systems • Lead a team supporting projects from start to finish • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes • Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate operational waste • Build and maintain simulation, flow, and capacity models • Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience • Ability to travel to Excellerate locations as needed, up to 25% annually • Ability to work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
