📋 Description

• Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks • Record and reconcile all bank and credit card accounts monthly • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Prepare monthly financial statements and custom reports using QuickBooks • Track restricted and unrestricted funds • Process semi-monthly payroll • Assist with grant reporting and funder financial documentation • File and remit GST/HST and other required government filings • Collaborate with leadership to refine financial workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma, degree or certification in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or related field • Proven experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platform • Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, including fund accounting and restricted revenue • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills • Can pass a criminal record search
