📋 Description

• Support the collaborative care team through regular consultations on assigned caseload • Advise OB/GYN providers on appropriate medications and treatment strategies • See patients directly for short-term medication management during pregnancy and postpartum • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth • Complete pre-conception medication consultation and psycho-education for individuals • Perform asynchronous caseload consultations and provide recommendations after case review • Complete documentation for case consultations and patient visits within 24 hours • Oversee status and population health of assigned patient caseload • Provide educational support to care team on behavioral health conditions • Be available for occasional consultations via phone, email, or telehealth

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in IN • Able to practice independently without supervision in the state(s) of licensure • Hold an active DEA license in state(s) of licensure • Hold an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting • Excellent communication skills • Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude • Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric data and formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations • Passionate, driven, & inspired by a mission to improve perinatal and/or perimenopause mental healthcare delivery, particularly in vulnerable patient populations • Experience or interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care.
