📋 Description

• Conceive, direct and animate videos for advertisements of our mobile games (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.), with a focus on performance and message clarity. • Serve as the reference for Motion art direction, defining the visual language (color, typography, composition, pacing, style and transitions). • Create, organize and maintain templates (After Effects / Premiere) to optimize production workflow and creative variations. • Produce and adapt animated banners, static banners and other ad formats. • Create assets for social media (posts, stories, reels, shorts, etc.) aligned with UA campaigns. • Create screenshot assets and app preview videos for the app stores. • Contribute to standardizing and organizing the pipeline, best practices for file management and template documentation. • Support Mid-level and Junior profiles, helping raise the team's technical and creative standard.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of core Adobe software, with focus on After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator; motion-focused art direction from concept to final animation; solid understanding and consistent application of the 12 principles of animation; experience editing and creating reusable, scalable templates. • Solid experience in video production, image retouching and audio editing for ads and digital content. • Strong foundation in design (typography, composition, visual hierarchy, layout). • Organized, detail-oriented, with best practices in versioning and file structure. • Portfolio demonstrating technical mastery, art direction and ability to solve visual problems. • Advanced or fluent English to handle content, references and internal communication. • Experience appropriate for a senior level, including autonomy and active participation in creative decisions.
