📋 Description

• We're looking for a Director of Casino Growth to drive the performance, growth, and profitability of our iCasino business. • You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the Growth strategy across key game categories and player segments. • Partnering closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams, the successful candidate will deliver cross functional plans to unlock sustainable, long-term growth. • Own and drive overall iCasino revenue and profitability targets, ensuring consistent and predictable delivery against our goals. • Develop and execute casino revenue strategies across product mix, pricing, promotions, bonusing, and customer segmentation. • Monitor trends, competitive performance, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of the market. • Mentor and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in casino or iGaming, with at least 3+ years in a revenue ownership or commercial strategy leadership role. • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a digital casino or gaming environment. • Deep understanding of iCasino products, player behavior, monetization strategies, and industry best practices. • Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable using data to influence strategy and drive decision-making. • Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Finance. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
