📋 Description

• Identify, manage, and execute a list of margin expansion projects that range from short-term operational improvements to long-term strategic opportunities. • Define and manage key operational KPIs, ensuring they align with financial objectives and company strategy; build cross-functional alignment to track performance. • Lead total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting; collaborate with teams to develop standardized definitions and build executive dashboards for real-time insights. • Provide strategic financial analysis including product profitability, LTV/CAC, growth investments, pricing, and customer cohort analysis. • Proactively assess areas of financial risk and opportunity and deliver insights and recommendations to influence business strategy. • Work with senior executives and cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and initiatives that drive company performance and alignment. • Manage ad hoc financial analyses related to key commercial projects to support executive decision-making. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team; set the vision for financial performance management and analytics. • Present financial insights and performance metrics to senior leadership and drive executive stakeholder management. • Drive corporate performance management initiatives to ensure consistent financial governance across the organization. • Open to regular travel for events, meetings, and collaboration with Fanatics offices and offsite teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 10+ years of finance experience with progressively increasing responsibility; experience in investment banking, private equity, or public multinational companies preferred. • Expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and KPI management, with a deep understanding of three-statement models. • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and a strong command of financial data analysis. • Proven track record in presenting to senior leadership with strong data visualization and storytelling abilities. • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple departments and stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset to drive process improvement and financial discipline. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
