• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements • Handle journal entries, accruals, and adjustments accurately and timely manner • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders as required • Maintain proper financial documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement accounting best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience • Proficient in Xero, with working knowledge of QuickBooks • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in a professional services or cross-border environment is an advantage
