• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple F&B clients using Xero accounting software • Oversee daily transaction entries, bank reconciliations, AR/AP management, and month-end closing activities • Utilize a cloud-based procurement and inventory platform to track inventory movements, purchases, and costing for F&B outlets • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports • Liaise with clients to resolve accounting issues, provide tax planning insights, and offer operational improvement recommendations • Stay updated on tax compliance requirements in Hong Kong and advise clients accordingly
• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in the F&B or hospitality sector • Proven hands-on experience using Xero accounting software in a client servicing environment • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin to liaise confidently with Hong Kong-based clients and stakeholders • Strong knowledge of F&B inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills • Good command of English for internal communications and report writing
