📋 Description

• Shape Fastmarkets’ price-reporting-agency strategy for critical minerals • Produce high-value strategic content, market reporting, in-depth analysis, interviews and commentary • Expand Fastmarkets’ presence and reputation in growth areas • Identify opportunities for new price launches and product development, including specifications, methodology and data submission pools • Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, public-sector stakeholders and market participants • Plan market engagement and strengthen customer relationships • Produce, coordinate and edit strategic content across markets • Guide and mentor reporters and provide strategic and functional direction • Assess and approve prices to support compliance with Fastmarkets’ and regulatory standards • Align content with marketing, editorial, events, client presentations and customer-facing channels • Act as a Fastmarkets brand ambassador at internal and external events • Support event development, speaker recruitment, stage speaking and panel moderation • Raise Fastmarkets’ profile through external channels including social media • Partner with editorial, events, marketing, product, research and commercial teams • Report to the Editorial Director

• Strong expertise in critical minerals • Experience working in a price-reporting agency (PRA) and/or commodity markets • Excellent journalism and editing skills • Strong network of contacts and credible, relevant industry relationships • Ability to work collaboratively, share expertise, mentor junior colleagues and build strong cross-team relationships • Strong understanding of pricing, price discovery and methodology • Ability to contribute to benchmark development and market engagement • Ability to operate effectively at senior levels internally and externally with market participants and stakeholders • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities, emerging trends and areas for growth • Excellent analytical skills • Sound commercial awareness • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong project management and organisational skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Adaptability and resilience • Strong influencing skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively • High integrity, sound judgement and commitment to ethical decision-making
