📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • Manage tax adequacy projects, ensuring compliance with current legislation. • Lead the adaptation and integration of the following systems: SAP ECC, VTIN, DPFISK, V360, Synchro, GRC, S4TAX, Unicom, Rodoviário and Passenger Train. • Define and monitor schedules, risks, and costs, ensuring deliveries within established deadlines. • Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to ensure correct implementation of changes. • Perform impact analyses and define strategies to mitigate operational risks. • Ensure documentation and effective communication among internal and external stakeholders. • Manage vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Technology/Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT projects, preferably in fiscal/tax systems. • Familiarity with SAP is desirable. • Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage conflicts. • Knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and the impacts of the Tax Reform. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • **Differentials** • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2. • Previous experience in tax compliance/adaptation projects. • Knowledge of systems architecture and integrations.
