📋 Description

• Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners • Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy • Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker) • Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data-led experiments • Run small, high-impact paid campaigns to test messaging • Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy • Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred) • Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics • Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools • Analytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast • Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams • Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project • Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms
