📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of Job Brokers • Drive performance, quality and employment targets • Build a high-performing remote team through coaching, performance reviews, feedback and development • Drive employer engagement and vacancy generation • Use performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities and address underperformance • Build relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers and other stakeholders • Ensure young people receive personalised support and are matched to sustainable employment • Promote innovative employer engagement approaches, including reverse marketing and bespoke opportunities • Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and operational requirements • Maintain excellent customer experience and programme delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a target-driven environment • Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales or a similar customer-facing environment • Strong performance management skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvement • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills • Ability to lead effectively across a remote or geographically dispersed team • Good understanding of local labour markets and employer recruitment needs • Experience working with young people, employability programmes or disadvantaged groups is desirable • Knowledge of apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing or supported employment would be an advantage
