📋 Description

• Own and drive the product roadmap for an AI-first squad, delivering AI-powered solutions • Identify, validate, and prioritise customer problems through research, interviews, and data-driven insights • Translate product vision into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable success metrics • Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to deliver products end-to-end • Champion AI-first ways of working and influence stakeholders to embed AI adoption across the business • Commercialise AI products in a B2B environment to deliver measurable customer and business value • Lead an AI-first pod with a clean sheet, setting direction and shipping at pace • Pilot the future operating model for the product organisation • Build products serving investment managers, wealth platforms, and UK advice firms using differentiated financial and regulatory data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products end-to-end, including GTM strategy and execution • Strong experience in B2B product management, including commercialising new solutions • Experience working in fast-moving, agile squads or start-up-like environments • Skilled at uncovering customer needs and translating them into impactful product outcomes • Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills
