📋 Description

• Provide expert technical support for project-specific design and installation challenges • Lead and mentor a team of design engineers • Develop and enhance tools and resources for the design community • Oversee testing and evaluation of existing products • Support the development and launch of new products and solutions • Deliver training and professional development for team members • Contribute to growth initiatives within the Geosynthetics and Stormwater Management team • Represent the team at coordination meetings and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) • 8–10+ years of experience in stormwater design and permitting • Experience in technical product evaluation, including regulatory compliance and QA/QC, preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D • Strong technical writing and presentation skills • Prior leadership experience is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel (10-20%) (site visits, conferences and client meetings)
