• You provide 24/7 ad-hoc support to our customers and business partners in the event of short-notice (flight-related) special cases. • Identify the problem • Communicate with end customers, service providers, destination management companies, and colleagues (internal reporting) • Arrange/book alternative airports • For all customer emergencies, you independently find a solution that considers customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. • Rotating 3-shift schedule within a 5-person team with day, late, and night shifts • Close coordination with the flight department and the service center • Cross-departmental support
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of the DACH travel market is helpful • Preferable: vocational training in tourism or a related degree • Systems: WBS BLANK, TraSo xRes, Midoco, Amadeus GDS, A3M • Language skills: German and English fluent in spoken and written • Strong communication skills and reliability
