📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the integrated project schedule for EPC scopes, ensuring alignment between the WBS/CBS and the project schedule. • Own the monthly cost report cycle: commitments, accruals, actuals, estimate-to-complete (ETC) and estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting. • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) — CPI/SPI, performance trending, and forecasting — and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership. • Review and challenge EPC contractor progress, invoices, cost reports, and schedule updates for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance. • Lead the change management process: identify, log, quantify, and status change orders, trends, and claims; assess schedule and cost impacts. • Perform schedule analysis in Primavera P6 — critical path, float, logic, and progress validation — in coordination with the scheduling team. • Support risk management including quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis and contingency drawdown tracking. • Reconcile controls data across Oracle Unifier, Oracle Fusion, and P6; ensure a single source of truth for cost and schedule status. • Prepare and present controls deliverables for internal leadership, owners, and external stakeholders. • Mentor analysts and help mature Fermi’s project-controls procedures, templates, and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive project controls experience and 10+ years in the oil & gas industry. • Deep expertise in cost engineering, forecasting, and Earned Value Management. • Advanced Primavera P6 and cost-management systems (Oracle Unifier or equivalent) proficiency. • Strong command of change management, contracts, and progress/invoice validation. • Advanced Excel; ability to build and interrogate large controls data sets. • Experience on combined-cycle power or large gas/thermal generation projects.
