📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with Ferrara’s growth objectives and brand priorities • Use segmentation to prioritize investment in high-potential markets and customers • Lead and manage six retail broker partners across Convenience, Grocery, and Walmart channels • Set expectations, provide strategic direction, and enable broker success • Drive in-store execution, including on-shelf availability, displays, and promotional compliance • Establish and manage broker scorecards tied to distribution, display execution, promotional lift, and ROI • Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions • Leverage advanced analytics and syndicated data to identify insights and growth opportunities • Optimize trade spend and retail execution • Partner with Customer Development, Trade Marketing, and Finance on strategy and retail investment • Support innovation launches and seasonal programs with tailored retail activation plans • Promote creative problem-solving and continuous improvement across broker teams • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and demonstrate company core values • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel regularly, up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead through others and deliver results in a matrixed environment • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Experience with data analytics tools and syndicated data platforms such as Circana, Scintilla, and MSA • Deep knowledge of Grocery, Convenience, and Walmart retail environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 10+ years of experience in CPG sales • At least 5 years managing retail broker relationships • Ability to travel up to 30% • MBA preferred
