📋 Description
• Lead and manage all aspects of PRT bid opportunities from initial bid decisioning through commitment agreement execution. • Engage thoughtfully and proactively with PRT consultants leveraging PRT business acumen to cultivate and expand relationships. • Identify and execute opportunities to increase number and quality of PRT distribution relationships • Manage, monitor, and report on PRT sales pipeline. • Lead the development of department strategies which expand PRT and adjacent product capabilities. • Oversee PRT marketing activities which enhance brand awareness of F&G • Coordinate with PRT Pricing, Profitability, and Operations staff to optimize execution on PRT sales opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Investments, Legal, IT, and Marketing to ensure that PRT sales opportunities are managed effectively. • Serve as a PRT industry thought leader supporting the development of strategic marketing materials and participation in industry conferences, webinars, etc. • Lead, manage and develop Sales Associate team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial services, with a focus on pension consulting • Actuarial credentials is a plus
