📋 Description

• Lead and grow relationships with key IMO National Accounts • Provide strategic account oversight, sales planning and forecasting, budget management, and cross-functional coordination • Manage key IMO National Accounts and develop strategic account business plans • Lead National Account strategy and performance • Coach, develop, provide feedback to, and hold National Account VPs and downstream sales teams accountable • Establish team goals and ensure execution against sales objectives • Partner with senior internal sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, including Competitive Intelligence, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development • Manage assigned budgets, including marketing investments, travel expenses, and event expenditures • Develop and deliver monthly sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics for the SVP, Annuity Distribution • Complete ad hoc analyses and projects • Identify, assess, and onboard prospective key accounts • Represent Life Sales on applicable committees and cross-functional project teams • Manage performance, develop talent, and support engagement and team effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of relevant experience • 4+ years of experience as a sales leader in the insurance annuity and life business, focused on sales and marketing • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills • Strong critical-thinking and strategic-planning abilities • Ability to communicate vision and strategy effectively to internal and external audiences • Ability to build productive working relationships across the organization and with key accounts • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time • Industry designations of CLU, ChFC, CFP, FLMI, or MSM are preferred but not required
