• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned advisors throughout their entire transition journey, maintaining proactive weekly communication • Collaborate with Sales before Discovery Day to understand advisor motivations, goals, and potential concerns • Create comprehensive Advisor Profiles and practice blueprints that inform all subsequent execution tasks • Coordinate seamlessly with Transition Pods and Relationship Associates to ensure each launch milestone is met on time • Capture advisor goals, client segmentation, and technology ecosystem requirements for smooth handoffs • Own escalation resolution for all transition-related issues, coordinating solutions across Farther departments • Deliver personalized, concierge-level service that makes advisors feel valued and confident in their decision to join Farther • Complete pre-Day-One readiness audits for all assigned advisors according to the schedule • Conduct transition closure debriefs and gather advisor feedback to drive continuous improvement
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing relationship management, account management, or advisor services within wealth management or financial services • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly • Experience coordinating across multiple departments to deliver seamless customer experiences • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous advisor transitions simultaneously • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstacles before they become issues • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics.
