• A bit about Field: To reach Net Zero, we need to solve big problems. Field will fund, build and run the renewable infrastructure we need to tackle these challenges. At Field, we will show that batteries are a totally viable part of our energy infrastructure - now, not in some distant future. • With a strong financial foundation and an extensive portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Germany, the UK, Italy, and Spain, we are actively driving the energy transition. Our most recent fundraising secured a £200 million investment from CVC DIF to accelerate our international growth and build a global BESS portfolio. • In Germany, we are expanding rapidly: Our first battery storage project of approximately 32 MWh is currently in construction phase, with others to follow soon. Our goal is to establish a multi-GW pipeline of operational assets by 2030, strengthening the stability and flexibility of the German power grid. • Your Mission: You will become part of a growing team with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the energy transition. Your work will directly contribute to the development of a sustainable energy system – with a high degree of responsibility, opportunities for growth, and room for shaping the future.
• Demonstrated experience in project development through the entire lifecycle of a project (ideally in renewables or storage) • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and markets in Germany • Independent and structured working style with high attention to detail • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Able to collaborate across disciplines and with multi-cultural, international teams • Familiarity with construction permits, environmental impact assessments and the commissioning of required studies
