📋 Description

• Lead a team of implementation professionals, technical delivery, and change management to ensure client satisfaction and maximize product value. • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of implementation professionals; provide mentorship and guidance. • Work hands-on with customers and technology to design, build, and implement solutions that ensure successful adoption and measurable business impact. • Develop and execute effective change management strategies; collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth. • Manage complex implementation projects from start to finish; develop and execute comprehensive project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results. • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
