• Take early-stage ideas and turn them into things people can click • Prototype to product: carry promising ideas into polished products • Own the product scoping: define requirements and prioritize • Interview users and translate findings into product decisions • Build rich, interactive interfaces and backends including APIs and cloud services • Sweat the details in design to make interfaces enjoyable • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create tools people want

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience • Deep experience with front end JavaScript Frameworks (we use Svelte) • Familiarity with Mapbox, Leaflet, or other map tile or rendering libraries • General understanding of Python for geospatial data science workflows • Be familiar with GIS filetypes • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, and asynchronous calls • Some experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL • Ability to quickly prototype, test, and revise applications • Comfort with version control workflows and basic CI/CD tooling • Interest in AI/ML systems, particularly geospatial foundation models
