📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Sage Intacct implementation Phases II through V over 12 months • Design Salesforce-to-Intacct integration architecture, including object and field mapping, dimensional alignment, error handling, reconciliation, and failure recovery • Design Phase III banking and payment integration architecture and recommend whether it replaces or supplements the journal entry import • Design configuration approaches for grants management, warehouse, and project billing • Facilitate and draft business and functional requirements with owning departments • Reconcile competing data definitions across Finance, Programs, Business Development, and Enterprise Platforms • Own delivery plans, scope, dependencies, timelines, schedules, decision logs, risk logs, and reporting cadences • Manage each phase as a discrete project while maintaining scope discipline and system stability • Identify and escalate resourcing constraints, requirements gaps, and unresolved decisions • Sequence grants management configuration against donor reporting obligations • Design and execute sandbox unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Build automated reconciliation and exception-handling reports for Finance • Ensure internal controls, approval workflows, segregation of duties, authentication, audit trails, and two-factor authentication requirements are met • Preserve the integrity of role-based dashboards and the Sage Intacct Planning budget environment • Build and deliver practical training for each phase • Maintain configuration documentation, architecture records, data mappings, test evidence, and design decision records • Produce a written handover naming internal owners and residual risks • Serve as day-to-day contact with Sage implementation and professional services teams and external partners • Track Sage releases and roadmap and flag commercial or contractual issues • Provide written status reports and leadership or governance committee briefings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading ERP or financial systems implementations • At least one full Sage Intacct implementation carried through to production • Experience designing integration architecture for a financial system • Direct experience integrating Salesforce with a financial system • Deep working knowledge of Sage Intacct dimensional architecture and downstream reporting constraints • Ability to present design decisions with explicit options and trade-offs • Ability to deliver cross-functional systems work without direct authority over contributing teams • Experience eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements from non-technical ERP stakeholders • Experience facilitating requirements sessions and process mapping where documentation is thin or absent • Strong grasp of financial processes, including close cycle, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and budget-to-actual reporting • Ability to produce requirements, configuration, and training documentation for non-technical staff • Experience working across time zones and cultures with distributed teams • Strong communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent professional experience • Sufficient overlap with Fika colleagues across global time zones
