📋 Description

• Transform the marketing website into a high-performing growth engine. • Translate Figma designs into responsive WordPress components using the Gutenberg editor. • Partner with the Lead Designer to craft landing pages and marketing assets. • Ensure the technical health and performance of the website. • Collaborate with marketing strategy owners to launch A/B tests and CRO experiments. • Work closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute web initiatives effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a hybrid Web Designer/Developer in B2B SaaS. • UX-focused designer who builds for action, creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that convert. • WordPress expert, confident working with Gutenberg and building custom blocks. • Fluent in modern front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript). • Excellent communication skills, effective collaboration in cross-functional teams. • Takes ownership and pride in work quality. • Strong understanding of SEO and performance optimization. • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and solve complex problems. • Strong portfolio showcasing both design skills and technical development capabilities.
